An update has just come out that enables you to see in realtime what seats are available for an upcoming show and then make a reservation. You are then given a booking number which you use to pay once you arrive at the cinema.

I hope major (paragon, esplanade, etc) learn from this guys…
They really need to upgrade their app
Anyway if u sell a service (mobie ticket) u can not charge the app
