Thai Highway Police

This iPhone app for the Thai Highway Police has been designed to help you in case you find yourself in an accident while travelling in Thailand. The map on the first tab marks where you are and then all the Highway Police stations in your area. For each one you will find contact information. In addition, there are also lists for car insurance companies, hospitals and other car services such as breakdown. Unfortunately it is only in Thai language. With more and more foreign tourists renting cars while on holiday in Thailand, it is hoped that they might make this useful app bilingual in the future. I will let you know if that happens.
UPDATE: Two new features in the latest update to this app. First it now has both Thai/English. There is also now a tab for choose CCTV cameras for various locations.

On this blog I will be sharing with you tips and methods of using an iPhone and iPad in Thailand. I am not pretending to be an expert, but I hope that from my personal experience of using an iPhone for my work and pleasure you might gain some knowledge. As well as reviewing apps that I use, I will also post about accessories and also the latest news from around the world.
